After years of fan demand, Dynamite Entertainment and UDON Entertainment are finally bringing together two of pop culture's most iconic supernatural heroines. Vampirella vs. Darkstalkers arrives this fall, marking the first-ever crossover between Dynamite's legendary horror heroine and Capcom's beloved fighting game franchise.

The story follows Vampirella, the Daughter of Drakulon, as she hunts a mysterious soul-stealing succubus whose methods are unlike any earthly creature she's encountered. At the same time, Morrigan Aensland, the princess of Makai, has once again abandoned her royal responsibilities to feast on the dreams and souls of humans in New York City.

As their paths collide, the two powerful anti-heroines find themselves locked in a deadly cat-and-mouse chase. Despite their opposing goals, both recognize the striking similarities they share as monstrous outsiders living among humanity. Their confrontation becomes even more dangerous when the infamous monster hunter Baby Bonnie Hood enters the hunt, targeting them both.

The crossover is written by acclaimed comic book creator Tim Seeley, whose credits include Hack/Slash, Revival, Nightwing, X-Force, and Godzilla. Artwork is provided by UDON rising star Drax Gal, whose blend of Western comic book storytelling and manga-inspired visuals makes him an ideal fit for the project.

"I love crossovers, which I'm sure doesn't surprise anyone," said Seeley. "And I especially love ones that can unexpectedly delight, and come out of nowhere. Vampi vs Morrigan is all of those things, with the added bonus of being sexy, and drawn by Drax Gal. It's vampiress anti-heroines from games, comics, modern and retro, mashing it up with lots of teeth and skin."

Collectors will have plenty of reasons to celebrate, with covers by an all-star lineup that includes Lucio Parrillo, Francesco Mattina, Björn Barends, Joseph Michael Linsner, and Drax Gal. A limited-edition mystery blind bag will also be available, offering surprise collectibles and some of the rarest variant covers.

The crossover also celebrates the enduring legacy of Capcom's Darkstalkers franchise, which has entertained fighting game fans for more than three decades with its stylish take on classic horror monsters. While Morrigan and Baby Bonnie Hood take center stage, fan favorites such as Felicia, Lilith, Jon Talbain, and Victor von Gerdenheim also appear across the comic's cover artwork, hinting at even more surprises inside.

For Vampirella, the crossover adds another milestone to a publishing legacy that stretches back to 1969. Since her debut, the iconic horror heroine has become one of comics' most recognizable characters, shaped by legendary creators including Frank Frazetta, Forrest J. Ackerman, Trina Robbins, and Tom Sutton. Across five decades, she has evolved from horror anthology host to one of the medium's defining supernatural anti-heroines.
